Helping You Manage and Your Rangeland Pastures to Maximize Production and Increase Water Retention in a Cost Effective Manner.
Land Clearing is a necessity for water conservation, forage production and helps increase your wildlife.
My goal has always been to improve your pastures and fields. In West Central Texas we were in a drought. Fortunately we have been in a recovery phase with improved rainfall. But, many of you have too much brush competing with your native and improved grasses. I have the experience and the equipment to help with your needs.
My name is Cooper Swening. I have a Bachelor Science degree in Animal Science with a minor in Range Management from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. I’ve been in business since 2012. I have a 2016 John Deere 90 Hp skid steer that I use, however if a excavator is needed I will get one. I am proud of having the opportunity to increase productivity of your land by helping you control or eradicate the invasive plant growth all of West Central Texas struggles with.
I will give free estimates. I am willing to travel to the job sites. I will work with you to restore the value in your land by promoting the growth of quality forage. I am bonded and insured.
I also have the capability to fully plan your land improvements. This can include developing a future image and plans of your desired land use – including placing roads, deer blinds and feeders, houses, mapping accurate acres for clearing with boundaries drawn out and pecific location capabilities.
If you are a farmer or rancher, you may want to learn more about the potential to receive financial and technical help to install or implement structural and management conservation practices on your eligible agricultural land through the NRCS Environmental Quality Incentives Program (or EQIP).
